Okay it's been a while....so sue me!

It's been a while...
So to quickly recap: We finished up baseball. The team celebrated at the Sun's game. The team was allowed to take the field with the suns at the beginning of the game it was pretty darn COOL!

Now we have moved on to football. That's Miller in the white. Looks like a natural to me.

Not to be out done by big brother. Sophie is in the football act as well.

However, She still loves flowers and just being Sophie.....

I FINALLY had my stupid shoulder fixed (so they say). Not sure all this pain was worth it yet....we'll see.

Gemma and Lily came for a quick visit. They are so cute together. 10 days apart.

So now we are all caught up! Happy?
1st day of school went really well. Miller has started 4th grade and Sophie has started Pre-School. Sophie only cried for about 5 minutes so that is a relief!

And of course the kids were chauffeured to school in true Fleming Island style.......in the golf cart.

Hatched from an egg

Sophie has a story she will tell you if you ask. It goes something like this: "My Aunt Carie was hatched out of an egg! My Nana sat on her and kept her warm and then she came out. She was a BOY! Now she is a girl and we call her Aunt Teenie Weenie." :)

Here is a snap shot of them dressing up with Sophie bows.

Baseball

Here you can see Miller's first time ever pitching. He did really well!

Cameron luckily captured the hit that gave Miller his first HOMERUN, this season!

Baseball season started and we are utterly consumed with it! This is Miller's first year in the minors. What that means is that instead of the ball being pitched by a machine or a coach the balls are pitched by the kids. Yeah, some of them are 8 years old.
So far Miller has played most of the positions. At least the ones he thinks are "cool".

Yep! Here he is catching. He's SO cool!

Botox after Ten days

So this is 10 days post Botox. Pretty big differance. My problem now is I sleep with my face all scrunched up and my cheek push foward by my pillow. So everyday when I wake up I have these lines in between my eyebrows. I was told that this may go away with time or I my have to have the lines filled with Juviderm. We will see.

Botox Baby!

So I decided to get some Botox shot into my face. Yep sure did. It did pretty well I have some before and after pictures. However, the before pictures were taken right after so they are not truly before. For this reason I am a little swollen between my eyebrows and the lines look more pronounce.

Bows

I have very recently become totally disgusted with the high price of even the smallest hair bow. So I said "how hard could it be??" Well to answer that, harder then I thought. But you must remember I am not considered a crafty person I don't have the patients to be... I posted my latest hair bows that I attached to a bow holder that I also made. I think if I had planned to make the holder instead of using fabric I had lying around I would have been more satisfied with it's out come.

Christmas

Miller racked up, per usual. You can see him here surrounded by some of his gifts. If you'll notice this is his cell phone in my hand. Cameron and I had to explain to Miller that I was 19 when I got my 1st cell phone and Cameron was 27 when he got his. I think that this information made him sad for us rather then invoke responsible behavior.

Here we have Sophie modeling her new rain coat and boots. She was more excited then I was able to capture in this photo. She stated her new favorite comment, "Livia can't wait to get these!!" In this case she might be right.

I recently heard the greatest celebration of Christmas.

The idea is that your children receive THREE gifts on Christmas. Just like baby Jesus. I love this idea for many reasons. I am thinking of implementing this next year, to help us all keep in check what we are really celebrating on Christmas morning.
